Production technology

01. Selection

Testing the wood for quality characteristics

02. Log Steaming

Poplar logs are steamed several times in special tanks

03. Debarking

The bark is removed from the logs

04. Peeling

The peeled log is fed to a peeling mill, where it is peeled, producing a veneer strip (a thin slice of wood)

05. Chopping

The peeled veneer is cut to the required size

06. Drying

The peeled veneer is sorted by grade and dried in a drying chamber. The cut veneer is then dried

07. Pressing

The veneer is coated with an adhesive on both sides and placed under a press for subsequent gluing at high temperatures

08. Sawing

The veneer is sawn into pieces on a machine

09. Processing

The resulting products are sanded and trimmed

10. Sorting

At the final stage, the products are sorted by length, width, and thickness, as well as by wood tone
