Orman Manufacturing improves the environmental efficiency of production and the environment

Orman Manufacturing will continue to modernize its own production facilities and install a new boiler house. The new thermal oil boiler has already been purchased and will be installed in production in November.

Thermal oil boilers are a modern and economical replacement for steam boilers. As a heat carrier, mineral or synthetic oil is used, which has high heat-transferring properties.

Own wood waste can also be used as fuel. This saves production from hundreds of tons of unnecessary waste, cluttering up the territory and posing a fire threat. As world practice shows, the difference in operating costs for steam and thermal oil boilers is from 20 to 30%. By reducing heat losses, the efficiency of production will increase from 40 to 95%, and the impact on the environment will decrease, since there is no release of combustion products into the atmosphere.
